Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 is designed to scan, disinfect and restore infected operating systems. It should be used when it is impossible to boot the operating system.

Boot from the Kaspersky Rescue Disk to scan and remove threats from an infected PC without the risk of infecting other files or computers. Burn this ISO image to a CD, insert it into the infected system’s CD-ROM drive, enter the PC’s BIOS, set it to boot from the CD and reboot the PC.
Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 allows performing the following actions:

Download the ISO- image, burn it to a disc , insert the CD / DVD-ROM computer, enter the BIOS and set to boot from CD, and then restart your PC. Upon completion of the download will run the latest version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus . Select the drive you want to scan and scan.

To work with the utility WindowsUnlocker should:
1. Upload your computer with Kaspersky Rescue Disk in graphic mode and press the button with the letter K in the lower left corner of the screen . In the menu, select Terminal . At the command prompt, type windowsunlocker and press Enter on your keyboard ;
2 . If you downloaded the Kaspersky Rescue Disk in text mode , press F10 to close the menu . At the bottom of Midnight Commander in the command prompt, type windowsunlocker and press Enter on the keyboard ;
3 . Run the appropriate command : Unlock Save a copy of Windows or boot sectors .
